When we first heard the buzz surrounding the Keurig coffeemakers, we didn't believe it. Then slowly, one by one, people we knew started converting. Finally Glutenista converted & we've never looked back! Working out to ~.40-.85 cents a cup, it is a considerable savings vs. the coffee shop. The best part? Brewing a cup of extra-strong joe for yourself, and then brewing a cup of decaf for your parents takes all of a minute - it's fabulous! A little late to the ballgame we are, we know. But truly, until recently it wouldn't have mattered if we had put our gluten-free pizza on the rack, on a stone or burned it to high-heaven over flames, because it just didn't taste great. Edible maybe, but not great. Enter Silvana Nardone's "Cooking for Isaiah" (& a leftover BB&B gift card). A pizza stone was recommended to make the crust even better and... oh wow, delicious! Complete pizza stone converts we are now. BUT - not one lick of gluten has, or ever will, touch our pizza stone. Get your family's paws off of it too to prevent cross-contamination.
